Delete your RV Guardian account

You can delete your account, and everything saved to it, yourself at any time. You don’t need the app installed. It works in any web browser.

Delete my account

Opens RV Guardian on the web. Log in, and the delete screen opens.

Or, from the app

Open RV Guardian and log in.
Tap the ⚙ button (Rig profile).
Under Account, tap Delete my account.
Type DELETE to confirm.

What is deleted

Everything, straight away and for good:

your login (email address and password)
your rigs, service records, reminders, memberships, parts and leveling settings
your trips, trip journal entries and saved places
your campground reviews and their photos, propane price reports, and your community questions and answers
photos and documents you attached to records
your notification settings and the devices registered for notifications
the record that your account has Guardian Pro

Rigs you share with other people are removed for them too. A rig someone else shared with you stays theirs; you lose access to it, and the service records you logged on it are removed from it.

Nothing is kept afterwards. Copies in the hosting provider’s routine backups are overwritten within their normal backup cycle.

Subscribed to Guardian Pro? Deleting your account does not stop the subscription, because Google Play bills it. Cancel it first in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions.

Want to keep your records? Before deleting, use Back up my data in the Rig profile. It saves a file you can keep or restore later.
